DOVER, NH, NOVEMBER ’16: The new 6306 Series Inserters combine user-friendly features with productivity and flexibility. The 6306 Series replaces the 6304 Series with five models in a variety of configurations to meet the needs of any size office or small mailroom. High-capacity input and output are combined with fully-automatic adjustments, increased speed and unmatched user technology.
Standard features include a full-color 7” touchscreen control panel with advanced graphical user interface, and automatic paper and evvelop presence sensors on thecontrol panel to indicate when feeders are empty. These features, along with the ability to program up to 50 jobs, provide efficient and hassle-free operation. The 6306 Series is powerful enough to fold up to 8 pages in tri-fold and up to 10 pages in half-fold modes. Its versatility allows for processing forms of various lengths and thickness all at the same time, up to 3,800 per hour and up to 40,000 pieces per month.
Office productivity is a priority with the 6306 Series, which features a Vertical Stacker to hold up to 500 finished envelopes, a Document Feeder that holds up to 725 sheets, and a Production Feeder, with a capacity of up to 325 BREs/short inserts or up to 1,200 sheets.
The exclusive AutoSetTM feature makes processing forms a snap by sensing and automatically setting the paper length, paper thickness, fold type, envelope size and double document detection. An internal CIS (Contact Image Scanner) can read OMR, OCR, 1D and 2D barcodes printed horizontally or vertically on the document.
The 6306 Series is environmentally friendly inside and outside the office, with extraordinarily quiet operation, and an eco-friendly Sleep Mode which helps to reduce energy consumption.
